In a courtroom where a female can enforce an agreement while a male can not, that opens the door to the question as to whether Judge Tyrie Boyer is a sexist? If one party has to perform the entire agreement and the other party does not have to perform, one wonders why. It would be akin to buying a car, having the car repossessed by the dealer but still having to make the payments. Is this because of the gender of one party? One would think a competent Judge would remember contract law where a contract has to be enforceable for both parties to be a contract. Alas, the conclusion is that either Judge Tyrie Boyer is sexist or incompetent. Or Tyrie Boyer is both incompetent and a sexist? What else have you seen this clown do in court? Judge Tyrie Boyer does not read documents, does he teach that method?
As shown previously, Judge Tyrie Boyer does not read documents filed before hearings and then laughs about it. One questions, does he teach that method to his students at Florida Coastal School of Law? Let’s hope not and let’s hope that the “don’t read and laugh about it method” is not official Judicial policy in Duval County Florida.

Family Law Judge Tyrie Boyer continues to rule while purposefully keeping his head in the sand. Instead of a Judge looking for the truth before ruling, Judge Boyer blocks attempts to find out the truth until after he rules. Then a year after he rules, when his “remedy” has failed, he will attempt to gather more evidence while limiting what he can hear. An ostrich Judge like Tyrie Boyer is should not be on the bench.

In Judge Tyrie Boyer’s courtroom, even when an agreement requires that both parties informed the other of medical appointments, that does not matter. Judge Boyer is clueless when it comes to enforcing agreements.

What kind of Judge won’t enforce an agreement after 4 years? A bad one. Judge Tyrie Boyer of Jacksonville is one such Judge. When you have a court approved agreement, you enforce it when there are no other circumstances. In Tyrie Boyer’s book, it seems that unless it is a woman asking for money, everything is open to his whim. The “best interests of the children” standard is, in our experience, in Judge Boyer’s courtroom, just fiction.
