Sotomayor stated:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life” (Judge Sonia Sotomayor, 2001 and others)
Biased justice is an oxymoron. Sotomayor is apparently just a moron. One should not support someone merely because of their heritage, but their character. This is the reverse of Martin Luther King.
