Law-enforcement officials also don’t want to reveal information that would give new ammunition to defense lawyers in prosecutions where warrants weren’t used, according to officials involved in the discussions.
After recent revelations where the Federal government falsified DNA evidence for decades, now officials are admitting they want to again withhold evidence in violation of the law. After the concept of “parallel construction” – known as legalized perjury by government officials – Federal officials now are willing to further abandon one of the core principles of the United States legal system.
Tyrie Boyer again missed the Law School classes on the meaning of the word “shall” and considers it to mean something is optional. When an agreement uses the word “shall” contract law views that as something that is required. Unless you are in the courtroom of Judge Tyrie Boyer in which case he will rewrite agreements to satisfy his own whim.
In Judge Boyer’s courtroom what do you think the result would be of a parent tells single digit aged children to steal items that belong to the adult from one parent’s house to bring to the other parent’s house? In Judge Boyer’s courtroom, this is acceptable behavior and something he doesn’t find abhorrent.
Is Judge Boyer fit to be on the bench? I our opinion, he is completely unfit as a Judge.
Is it sexist for Judge Tyrie Boyer to say “not that woman from Orlando”? “That woman from Orlando” has a PhD. Would Judge Tyrie Boyer say “that man from Orlando” or would he refer to him as a Dr since he had a PhD?
One doesn’t know the answer, but having a sitting Judge refer to a Dr as “that woman” comes across as a mighty sexist Judge in our book.
