In Judge Tyrie Boyer’s courtroom Judge Boyer empowers and enables children (and parents) to make the rules and says, essentially, “to hell with the law and agreements.” When you have an agreement between parents and the children and one parent refuse to honor that agreement, Judge Boyer has enabled the children and allowed such a situation to continue for at least four years. For a Judge who is supposed to uphold the law to enable flagrant disregard for the law is unacceptable and despicable.
