In Judge Tyrie Boyer’s courtroom, he tolerates, if not encourages passive aggressive behavior by one parent to the other. Unless it involves money, agreements in his courtroom are pretty much un-enforaceble.
The height of incompetence in a Judge’s courtroom is not enforcing agreements for years. It shows either that the Judge is completely incompetence or just not up to the standard intellectually.
