The Supreme Court agreed Friday to hear a new challenge to President Barack Obama’s health care law that threatens subsidies that help millions of low- and middle-income people afford their health insurance premiums.
The IRS may have inadvertently figured out how to win its legal battles against aggrieved tea party groups: Give them what they wanted in the first place — tax-exempt status.

Biased justice is an oxymoron. Sotomayor is apparently just a moron. One should not support someone merely because of their heritage, but their character. This is the reverse of Martin Luther King.
